The most efficient way to hire items from this website is to use the following process. 

1. Go to the hire items page using the link below.

2. Enter the date/s of your shoot (so the system can check availability for your gear).  For a one day shoot, enter the same date in both boxes.  For multiple days, enter the first and last days of the job (do not include the early pickup and late return dates at this stage- that happens at checkout).

3. Select the item/s you wish to hire.

4. When you’ve added everything you need, go to the cart where you can check your order.  You can return and add more items if you’ve missed something.

5. When you're ready, proceed to the checkout. 

   • If you've hired from us before, tick the Existing Customer box and follow the prompts.

   • If you’re a new customer, please fill out the information requested.

   You'll be sent a confirmation code via email. 

6. Once confirmed you can select the early pickup and late return dates and times.

   We allow early pickup the business day prior from 12-4pm, and late return 8-12am the business day after the shoot dates you entered at step 2

   Check the pickup date.  If it's the correct shoot date, click on the calendar and enter your early pickup date and time.  This is the business day prior to your shoot date

   Check the return date. If it's the correct shoot date, click on the calendar and enter your early pickup date and time.  This is the business day prior to your shoot.

7. Enter a delivery address.  This is the shoot location (Job Site).  Tick the box or fill out the information.  (we do not offer delivery or collection - it's just how the hire program is set up)

8. Agree to the Terms and Conditions by ticking the box. 

9. Click Place Order

   You will go to a new page, where you can confirm and choose your payment options.

    

   The system will send a confirmation including a reference number to the email address you provide

Please Note:

The hire period is based on the number of days you have the items, but for no extra cost we allow you to pick up the items the afternoon before, and return the morning after the hire period.  Hire days include prep / pre-light days, shoot days and travel days.

We are closed on weekends.
** For Monday shoots you can select Friday pickup and Tuesday return
** For Friday and Saturday shoots you can select Monday return

Rates are daily 1-3 days and a 4 day week 4-7 days

Hire periods are for time out, not time used
